There are 2 aspects to this control. The first is the selection of what information you wish to make available in respect to a staff member’s email and/or work phone number. The second aspect of the control allows you to select staff members from the Staff file.
- DIRECTORY SETTINGS
- Individually search for a staff member
- Check the staff you wish to appear in the directory (Uncheck to remove them)
- Update the selections
- Exit this control
The role that display within the directory is drawn from the staff members “Position Held.”
- Position Held field displays with the App Directory.
- Position Held by a staff member.
- Ordered by staff member’s surname.
