Please follow the instructions contained in the link below extremely carefully. PCSchool Back Office can be adversely affected by newer Windows technologies, especially if it is installed within the “Program Files” or “Program Files (x86)” folders. It is highly recommended to use UNC pathing as opposed to mapped drives, and ensure the pcremote2009 application is “Run As Administrator.”
NB If using Active Directory to authenticate Back Office users (recommended), you may need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 10 clients as this may not have been installed by default. This is manifested by an "Unable to Authenticate" message at login. AD login with Back Office requires this framework.
Also will need to install PCSQ for anyone emailing and printing from PCSchool Back Office. I must be installed on the individual client computer computer or remote computer that Back Office is installed on.
