IMPORTANT: When first using Asset register in spider - the user will have to have all security items allocated to themselves (e.g. Security Group = #Bursar# so they have access to all asset groups and items.
You can now give a security group e.g. your IT Dept – to be able to view, enter, edit or delete an asset or your Maintenance dept to be able to record maintenance on vehicles, equipment etc.
Note: Your person doing the Asset Register will need full control of each of these assets
To enable this:

|2.||[Account]||These are the ledger codes associated with the assets|
|3.||Name]||the Asset name|
|4.||[Access]||allowed to Access the assets|
|5.||[Create]||allows user to create an asset|
|6.||[Edit]||allowed to Edit the Asset|
|7.||[Delete]||allowed to Delete a Asset|
|8.||[Maintenance]||allowed to enter Maintenance on a Asset|
|9.||[Transfer]||allowed to Transfer an Asset|
|10.||[Depreciation Detail]||allowed to see the Depreciation detail|
|11.||[Save] or [Exit]|
Example: You only wish your Maintenance person to be able to enter maintenance on assets
