PCSchool has developed an application known as the “Trigger” to send an email to teachers who have not marked their roll after a specified time. The Trigger will also notify nominated people of unexplained absences as well as consecutive absences. New versions of Trigger are occasionally released with the latest Follow-up. To ensure your Trigger is up-to-date by running the Back Office application on the server after each follow-up.
