As of the 30 June 2015 for employers with 20 or more employees, and as of 30 June 2016 for employers with 19 or less employees, Australian employers must make super contributions on behalf of their employees by submitting data and payments electronically in a consistent and simplified manner. As a part of this reform further employer and employee information is to be provided to clearing houses and superannuation providers.
Note: Changes March 2021 NGS to Quicksuper upload
Use the [Quick Super.csv] for the first time upload your file note: you will still need to add the extra information that the fund requires you can change in the csv file - but make sure you change in the employee view - this will start from the date you change it, so if you have already done a pay half way during the month you will still have to change your csv file.
Upload the file to your fund - If you get a message uploaded successfully, to complete the submission go to the [Alerts Tab] and select [Skip Opt Out] then you can make the EFT payment
Note: Opt out button needs only to be selected once and it fixes all the alerts
If you are still having problems send the fund your file and get them to upload it to fix the problems.
For a SAFF file type - use QSuper - Superstream (updated .360 back office)
If you are having problems uploading to your super fund you will need to contact them. I would suggest forwarding them your file they can often format for you.
