Online Staff Application Forms
Through the use of eForms schools can create online application forms for staff vacancies.
eForm example of New Staff Application form:
This information will not automatically create a new staff member (as the student enrolment eform does) but does capture the necessary information, including attachments required for an initial employment application.
Online Staff Data Update Forms
Once the employment application has been successful, the basic staff information can be added to PCSchool (surname, given name, date of birth and email address) and an eform can then be sent to the new employee to add additional information.
This same eform (or similar) can be used to have existing staff update their current information on file. It can be made available for use any time via the Notifications Panel (see image right) or pushed out once a year to all staff to check their details and update as necessary.
