Using Spider Version 2019.11.08 or higher you can now create a normal pay and then calculate leave loading or holiday pay and leave loading etc. This creates a timesheet in back office - so any adjustments etc need to be made in back office timesheets.
Path: Spider > Finance > Payroll > HR
|1.||Select the Staff you wish to create a timesheet for by ticking the box or placing a tick in the one by Code to select all|
Note: Remember if you make changes in Backoffice - F5 in spider to refresh your screen to pick up changes.
Example: our next payroll is 9.12.2019 - the staff will get paid two weeks ordinary pay (which is 1 Normal Pay) then holiday pay of 4 weeks (which is 2 Fortnights pay) plus leave loading on holiday pay only.
Select your employees to pay - example for Fortnightly:
|1.||[Fortnightly - Normal Pay] - select how many normal pays you wish to pay|
|2.||[Holiday Pay] - select how many Holiday Pay fortnights you wish to pay|
|3.||[Holiday Start Date] select the first date of holidays and the end date|
|4.||Tick if required [Calculate Holiday Loading]|
|5.||[Staffs] the staff you have selected|
You might get error messages:
if you hover over the staff member - this will tell you the error messages - you can then go an check the employee as to why

It already has a timesheet - go to back office and delete
Caramel - when checked in back office was a casual and should not receive holiday pay.
Select your employees to pay - example for Monthly pay:

|2.||[Holiday Pay] this would half a months pay|
|3.||[Holiday Start & End dates] enter|
|4.||If leave loading applicable - tick this box and then use [Calculate on Holiday Pay] or [Calculate on All Pay] which includes the months pay|
|5.||[Process] or [Exit]|
To pay out Holiday Leave Loading and their usual fortnights pay only
|1.||This pay is fortnightly [Normal Pay] = 1|
|2.||Tick [Calculate Holiday Loading]|
Select [Calculate on All Pay]
[Factor] you will type in 2 (= you want to pay 2 fortnights leave loading

Usual fortnights pay of $2052.94 x 2 = 4105.88 x 17.5% (holiday leave loading) = $715.53
