A School may wish to share their Calendar with the general public so that they can see particular events. To do this it is necessary to create a Staff member that has very limited securities (ie; not the same securities as the usual staff default).
Creating a New Staff Member
The first step is to create the new staff member.
Path: Setup & Utilities > Freedom - Staff Management
This will take you to the 'Staff Personal' page.
Now click on the [Work] button to go to the 'Staff Work' page.
Upon saving all the other buttons will appear. Select the [Staff identity and Security] button and allocate the correct Security Equivalence (see set up of user group in the next section).
As you want to allocate limited securities it is best to clone an existing User Group and alter those securities available. We suggest #PCS_STUDENT#.

This will take you to the following page.
The following screen will appear
The next step is to limit the securities under this user group.
