This is used for allocating data quickly to groups of students. i.e. add Co-Curricular activities to students
E.g. To add a Co-curricular activity to student in Year 7 - badminton
Step 1: Selection tab

Current year/Next year |
Choose whether you wish to use a tagset or utilise the areas below for selecting your students. Select either current or next year. |

Select from the drop down your year level required |

Generate Students |
Will select the students as per your criteria/tagset. |
Step 2: [Student tab] to view these students you will then go to the ‘Students’ tab

Select/Deselect All |
Use these the select or deselect all students in the list |

Tag Selected |
Used when tagging a range. eg; tag the first student you want then tag the last and then click on tag select. This will tag all those students in between. |
3. |
Toggle Tag |
Will reverse the tagging. |
4. |
Fields selected |
Data fields selected on previous page for modifying. |
5. |
Update |
Will modify the records to your specification. |
Co-Curricular
1. |
Select the [Period] you wish to show the activity for |
2. |
[Year Level] select from drop down the |
3. |
[Activity] select the [Code] required - if you start typing they will appear |
4. |
[Select a Teacher] (if required) start typing to select the teacher code |
5. |
[Group Code] select from drop down |
6. |
[Travel Mode] select from the drop down |
7. |
Select the [Date] (will default to current date) |
8. |
[Result] enter (if required) |
9. |
[Comments] Add any comments if necessary |
10. |
Use tick boxes to define if co-curricular is on an [Intra school, inter school, club or national level] |
11. |
Click on either [Create New] or [Delete Existing] Your students that you selected will appear on the right as per screen shot Note: Delete Existing will be in Version 2020.04.02 or higher |
Path: Spider : Setup& Utilities > Curriculum > Online Cocurriculum Selection
1. | [Student] select the student or use a tagset |
2. | [Edit] select the entry you wish to edit or [Delete] |
3. | The entry will show here so you can edit it |
4. | [Save] |
Student Information
Only staff will be able to see this.
For current Subject Period ID - click here for manual
Currently this control does not show in Student Management but will in a future release
