You can define any number of email templates for Behaviour in Spider. These templates can then be attached to the events. Templates should be edited via the Portal Administration control to ensure no illegal characters get added. Do not paste from MS Word as it may contain unsupported formatting.
To add / create new templates, we suggest you copy and rename existing templates, then edit them via the Email Templates control above. The template name must contain the “BEHAVIOUR” as part of its name, preferably the beginning so they are grouped together. The template files are located on your Spider server so you may need an IT support person to undertake this.
If you are trying to send a Discipline email, try to create a template which only has information about Discipline.
If your event was about a “Discipline Action”, then you can have the email format with information about the Discipline as well as the current action.
