Path: Spider > Setup & Utilities > eForm Search
1. | Select an eForm from the list |
From the drop down select from the list of eForms available - once this appears you can select any field on the right and then select Search for it to search for this selection. [Include deactivated eForms] will search deactivated eforms |
2. | Search Conditions |
[Any Word] will match the word [All Words] will select on all words |
3. | Exact match | Yes or No |
4. | Date range | Select a date range if required |
5. | Completion Status | Select from the drop down: Show All, Show Completed only or Show Incompleted Only |
6. | Search | To continue to search |
example of searching eForm:
1. | Select the field you wish to search e.g. Who has said they are happy to help out on day |
2. | Select [Search] |
3. | Shows all the eForms based on the search - if you click on each individual eform you can see the results |
4. | [Select a Response to generate] select the drop down |
5. | [Export Responses] will save the responses in a .CSV file |
