In this Webinar, we will demonstrate how PCSchool provides the facility for Heads of Department (HOD) to view their department budgets and drill down on income and expenditure totals. Financial information is based on live data so figures for budgets, expense and committed orders are up to the minute.
The online department budgets once set up then feed into PCSchools web-based ordering system where authorised staff can raise purchase orders online linked to approval workflows.
Automating these processes within PCSchool enable HOD's instant access to their budget information and ordering control, but reduce the burden on finance staff to provide this information or perform these processes manually.
